John was wonderfully helpful and patient! He installed a new computer, keyboard and monitor for me, along with an external CD/DVD drive/player. John proceeded to answer all my many (!) questions and to assist me in beginning to learn the new screens and applications. I very much appreciated all his expertise, understanding and explanations, and look forward to his assistance in the future with the purchase and installation of a new printer to accompany my new computer and monitor!
