I haven't used this service before and my first experience here was terrible. One of the four shirts was lost and the staff and management did little but to tell me not to worry, come back next day and that they will call back (which they never did). I had to ask them to search the store, and call the other staff who, I am told, takes some work to other locations? They appeared to me to be dishonest, the second day I went back the staff was quick to check me out without counting the items, and they assured me one of the off-site cleaners found the missing shirt, which on third day it appear not to be the case. The manager wasn't that much more helpful and he didn't call back either. One of the shirts still had stains on it after cleaning. I would stay away from this location.
