I can't sing enough praises for this place. But I should clarify, I haven't used the entire facility.
I have a senior kitty with some health issues that the universe deemed I should be her protector. With these issues, food can be an factor in our struggles. Sam's fantastic and diverse team took the time to help find a food she could eat without a clean up less than five minutes later.
When I walk in, they recognize me and ask how my cat is by name. I've mentioned issues casually, and they've had solutions.
One aspect of Sam's that I haven't used is the self service pet wash. I'm not apposed to it, I just value my life more than spraying water all over a cat.
I'm a big supporter of small business, and Sam's is a perfect example of why and how.
Great people! I took my boy in to be groomed, he looked great and he was happy when he was done. Wasn't nervous or afraid. I know Grace took great care of him. Sam's has a new groomer now. She's great! Very patient with frightened pups. The entire staff seems great, the manager is fabulous.
