This is the last place I will ever do business with again!

They are poor at responding to emails and phone messages. Their line is always busy. I have been trying to get a hold of someone in customer service regarding the specifics of a return. They keep blaming Covid19. I get that, but why can't they respond? If their internet provider is the scapegoat, then maybe should switch. I bought two pairs of shoes from these guys. One I did not like because it was wrong color. Seriously.

I've had several bad experiences with this tailor. I bought a suit from the gentleman pictured. He guarantees his work for the life of the suit, and its a good thing he does because I had to go back to him 3x to repair the poor work that he did. First, when I initially brought the suit home, he had not sewn the pocket up well enough and he left a small hole that allowed items to fall. I brought it back in and he fixed it, but acted as if it were my fault the pocket was not sewn together correctly. About 2 weeks later, the front of the pocket tore away from the waistline, again I was blamed for 'being too hard on the pocket'. Sir, it is a pocket, it needs to be sturdy enough to withstand my hand sporadically reaching in. However, I overlooked this. Then I bought 2 new pairs of slacks from an outside retailer. I decided I would let Sam hem the bottom up a few inches. I was back less than 1 month later as both hems had unraveled. Finally, I started going to the tailor in the dry cleaning place next door to Sam's Fountain Valley location. It is ironic that the little hispanic lady with a sewing machine in the corner of the dry cleaners' does much better work than someone that pretends to be so exclusive, upscale, and professional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
