Wow!! That Is the word that comes to mind when we ride our bikes from Samson eBikes. This is the best value on the market and truly great Service . I became a true believer not knowing that the bikes were really going to change our lives, we didn’t know when we first bought them that we were going to actually ride more than we ever did before we’ve now had them for over three months we put on over 200 miles and we can’t wait to get on them . We definitely know this is the best value , go down try out the various bikes that they have . Steven and Scott are great and knowledge, they got a five star rating you can’t go wrong!!!

I have had this bike for about a two years and it never stops to amaze me. For a 55 yr old semi active man, this bike allows me to ride anywhere I want. Uphill or downhill and I can keep up with my friends that are younger and more aggressive riders. Just finished a rocky mountain road trip that took us over 2500 miles and it amazed me how many people have never seen an e bike. It got a lot of attention everywhere we stopped. We own both the mountain bike and the beach cruiser and we absolutely love them.

Our department ordered an e-bike from Samson several months ago. We never received several parts of our order and the bike has completely stopped working despite minimal use. We have reached out numerous times to the company and have never received a call back or return email.
