We rented four electric bikes while on an annual girls trip. The SD bike rental was fabulous. The customer service rep was very efficient and friendly with our reservation. Sensing that we hadn’t ridden bikes in a long while, he patiently went over the operation of the bikes, adjusted our seats and helped to match us with the correct helmets so we wouldn’t kill ourselves. We had the most wonderful experience riding on the bike path along the beach. We highly recommend SD Electric Bikes and will come here again when we come back to San Diego.

I thought I needed some routine work done on my e-bike (tune up, brakes, etc.). When I was trying to figure out where to take it, I called SD Electric Bike and Josh was very professional and helpful explaining what I might need so that's where I went. Alexis was very professional and helpful in checking me in and giving me an explanation of the quote which included a $ amount if the pads needed to be replaced. When I went to pick up the bike, Josh advised that the pads were still good so they just resurfaced or cleaned them -- so the bill was less than estimated. They could have easily said the pads needed to be replaced and charged more. In addition, they were very helpful in arranging a pick up time ...oh, and the bike rides great and it's nice to have solid brakes again. I highly recommend SD Electric Bike in Solana Beach based on my great experience with their staff.

The service department at SDEB - Solana Beach is top notch. We had a part replaced that ended up being faulty. They took care of the issue without question or hesitation. They just did a tune-up on my son’s bike and it’s riding like new. If you are looking for knowledge and integrity you’ve come to the right place.
