Dear San Dimas Community Hospital, I want to thank you and your entire ER Staff for providing me with Superior Compassionate Care. My Patient Experience in the ER on November 12, 2021 at approximately 8:30 PM was Excellent and the Customer Service provided to me was Outstanding. Everyone in the ER went Above & Beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. The ER Staff truly helped reduce my anxiety and fears of the unknown condition of my upper lip, after being bitten by my dog. I was made to feel reassured my lip wound would be taken care of and everything else would be fine. Being in Healthcare for over 20 years, I was beyond grateful and impressed on how your entire ER Staff cared for me. I owe All of them a big debt of gratitude. This is what it's all about, providing each and every patient with Compassionate Care and Excellent Customer Service. I want to personally thank both ER Admiting Clerks (?), Joanne Triage RN, Sergey RN, Min ER Tech, and Dr. D'Agostino for their AWESOME CARE! YOU GUYS TRULY ROCK!!
