Four years ago, we had our roof installed by a professional roofer and they did an exceptional job. The team was tidy, considerate, and respectful of our property. Fast forward to now, we found ourselves dealing with roof damage, likely caused by raccoons or squirrels. Miguel and his team didn't hesitate to come out in the snow, free of charge, to ensure we wouldn't face any roof leaks during San Francisco's harsh winter weather. Miguel, who was tasked with the job, braved the snow and even checked in on us during quarantine, asking if we needed any food supplies! This is what I call full service. A truly exceptional roofing company that I would highly recommend.
