We had repairs to our roof completed by San Joaquin Construction but the leak in our roof remained. I inquired as to whether there would be a cost to re-repair the roof. The gentlemen said, "Well, let me see if it's under warranty. I will call you back." We did not receive a call back. I have called 5 times over the course of 3 weeks and I'm consistently told, "someone will call you back." When I asked for a manager, no manager is onsite. When I asked who the manager was, the receptionist refused to give me a name. Instead, she replied, "Matthew is the best person for you to speak with regarding this matter." I've been told Matthew would call me back on 3 different occasions and have yet to receive a call from him.

SJ Roofing came up to lake Isabella and did a fantastic job repairing our tile roof. They called back right away, and were up here doing the job quickly. The guys, Andy, Gary & Martin were all super nice. Clean up was done daily. Great attention to detail on the roof.

San Joaquin did a complete re-roof of our house in anticipation of the installation of solar panels. Matt and Travis were very helpful and responsive. Their work crews were professional.
