👉 Excellent service from purchase to delivery. Tony was very helpful with my refrigerator purchase at the store. The delivery team texted 30 minutes prior to arrival and was very careful not to scratch my walls or hardwood floor while hauling away the old refrigerator and installing the new one. The refrigerator is in excellent condition with not even a scratch.👌

I waited almost a year to post a review because things started out a little rocky with my washer/dryer set and I wanted to see how they’d last with longer use.

I bought a used washer/dryer set, the service was great and they drove it up to my place and installed it for me. After they left, I noticed a hose on the back was missing for the steamer function on the dryer- no problem, they had someone come up with the part and install it for me within a couple days.

After that, the washer went out. This is all within the first couple weeks. I’m not sure exactly what happened to it but it wasn’t draining appropriately and they came and replaced the part.

All in all, the customer service was amazing and even though I had some issues with the machines initially, they fixed it right away and the machines have been running great since then. I’d go back to them if I needed another appliance.
