I always knew I wanted to birth at home and Blythe was an incredible guide and advocate through the whole pregnancy, birth and postpartum process. Not leaving my island home, while also knowing I was under great midwifery care, made for a nurturing and lovely experience bringing my child into the world. Thank you Blythe!

Going into pregnancy I had no idea what my plan was for prenatal care or delivery. I was initially so relieved to hear that Blythe had her own practice on the island, it meant that I wouldn't need to continuously make trips off island for appointments, which can cause a lot of stress and a big interference with work. Each visit with her for prenatal care was empowering and informative, and something to look forward to. Things only got better when I was met with the opportunity to give birth here on the island I call home. After some thinking, I decided it was the right choice for me, and that choice has left me with an eternity of gratitude. The experience was by far the most amazing, profound, and unforgettable I've ever had. It was an experience I deserved to have, and because I chose Blythe, none of it was taken away from me. My feelings and intuition were always respected and never shamed. There's not a thing I would change about the entire journey.
