John has been taking care of my mother for years and done an A+ job each time she goes anywhere. She recently forgot her passport and left Los Angeles for a train trip to Seattle and then a cruise to Alaska. They made arrangements with a neighbor who had a key to her house in San Luis Obispo, got the passport and met her at the train station in San Luis to get it to her. That's Service!

We went on an Alaskan Cruise sponsored by SS Travel. Everything was very well organized. We were able to take a bus from home to the cruise ship in SF. No driving or flying. Aaron the owners son went with us and was attentive and helpful when ever we called on him.
