They canceled an appointment we had with a less expensive stylist and could only rebook with someone literally twice as expensive without any warning about the price. About $100 for a very simple men's haircut is ridiculous. They literally swindled us with a bait and switch. Do not trust their prices! We will never be returning and unless you're flushed with cash, I'd recommend you stay as far away as possible.

Was a bit disappointed as my pregnant daughter was unable to get her back massage as part of her triple treat. There's another Salon in town that does offer a pregnancy massages. Of course we made sure Sandalwood knew of her pregnancy prior. In addition I left a significantly large tip 50% in advance, and when scheduled was told they would add an additional 15 minutes to my daughter's massage. That did not happen either unfortunately. The back massage was replaced with a facial which my daughter enjoyed. I toured the facility prior to scheduling and it's lovely. Deborah I believe at the front desk was very kind. Perhaps we will try this Salon again

I had the best experience at Sandalwood! I decided to take the big leap from dark brown to blonde and Justine did such a fantastic job, it looks so natural! She was kind, careful, professional, and my hair looks beautiful. She also took the time to help me pick out the right products and gave me advice on how to keep my newly blonde hair looking strong and vibrant. I highly recommend Justine and the Sandalwood salon to bring your hair dreams to life!
