Good morning, Yesterday I had a bad day when I got a two nail on one tire. I called my insurance they directed me the company Sandoval towing Inc. Again it felt like a very horrible day. The guy came fast and tow my car to the address I need it to be with no problem. This guy is super friendly and fast. I honestly felt like my frustration and my other worries went away. Freddy is very good fast worker. He helped me with my tire, turns out the place that had drop my car. The air water machine was out of service and Freddy said calmly not to worry he has a compressor to put air on my tire. He really went the extra mile. I tried to tip him and he refuse. Said to me take care of that tire use that money towards that. I insisted to take my tip but he said no. He loves what he does and he is good.
