I had a great experience with Sam, even though he couldn't help me with the problem I had. He offered me reasonable alternative solutions and was professional and communicative. I'll be looking here first next time I need any help at all.

Knows his stuff. My computer literally had a meltdown and Sam was able to replicate all of my profiles (files, accounts, etc.) onto my new computer within a day of getting a new computer. I am so excited to be able to just get back to work instead figuring out how to login to my accounts, redownloading necessary files from my OneDrive or reinstall programs. He also explained to me why my computer fried! Really appreciated his professionalism and responsiveness. I recommend him, especially for those who need to focus on their business/expertise/work and not the IT, marketing and management details that can be cumbersome and a money-pit to figure out.
