Sandy is thoughtful and professional, and she has a seasoned expertise of the Santa Cruz market. My family — having recently relocated from the east coast — had little knowledge of the area, but Sandy helped us find the perfect house in a neighborhood we adore. She also provided wise advice and negotiated a fair deal for us in a notoriously intimidating market. We highly recommend Sandy!

It is impossible for me to express my gratitude to Sandy for all she did for us and helped us do. We’ve bought a house and sold two houses with her and Sandy made it so much easier than it otherwise would have been. She went above and beyond for us many times. Sandy is an absolute pleasure to work with—such a lovely person to be around—and so professional, ethical, reliable, responsive, on top of things, patient, thoughtful, supportive, generous, knowledgeable and especially hard-working.
