Tony did a good job of demonstrating the various machines thereby helping me pick the machine I wanted. I was more than pleased with the trade in on my old machine. I liked the service I received on my other machines and that's the main reason I picked Sandy's for this purchase. I will be taking advantage of the free classes they offer to be able to take advantage of all the things the machine is capable of doing.
