I canceled the appointment 48 hours in advance, they said they will refund me the consultation fee. The refund fee showed up on my card temporarily and then they canceled the refund process. If I didn't go back and check my credit card history I would've totally missed it. I don't know if they did this on purpose. They also charge you the full amount when you book the appointment before you even see the doctor, no other clinics I've been to does that.
Follow-up to the owner's response: I still have the texts on my phone indicating very clearly a refund was requested and no further rescheduling was desired. The text was on Mar 20, 2024, and today is Apr 2, that is 14 days. There is absolutely no refund being processed.
