The 5 stars would be for Mike who always is kind, knowledgeable, and the patience of a clergyman. He's the only reason this place gets any stars. I call the office and tell them We need someone because the doors of the track. The lady said"The soonest would be Monday" I let her know that my boss is 83 years old, her husband just passed away and she can't have her garage vulnerable until Monday. IT'S OUR JUST ME OR IS THERE SOMETHING ABSOLUTELY WRONG WITH THAT. Mind you we purchased the door from them. And the salesman was great until the money was paid. Then any issues since he doesn't have time for. If it wasn't for Mike We seriously would have just had it taken out and gotten our money back a year or so ago. I hope they pay him his worth. Because they've screwed my boss enough to give him a big fat raise. The company itself and the salesman get only one star because I can't give them no stars at all.
