I came here to get an express estimation for damage done to my car. I was helped to buy Liz. She was extremely helpful and seemed to very knowledgeable. She's been in the business for many years. We also witness someone crash their bike during the evaluation and she came out with ice packs and helped this poor woman. I'll update my review as I'm planning on having my car fixed there as well. Exceptional customer service!

The best. The people were friendly, easy to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. Shawn and Liz, the two main people we interacted with, were professional in all aspects of our repair. Both the $ and the time estimate were spot on. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Highly recommended if you have a Tesla.

I have been very pleased with my experiences with Santa Cruz auto body shop. My only disappointment was that I had to wait longer than expected, but Sean more than made up for that by fixing a few items that I had concerns about, but may not have had anything to do with their service. My car looks great and I am quite pleased to have it looking and functioning perfectly. Thank you to SCAB
