I just bought a 2024 Santa Cruz Heckler. Had a lot of questions regarding battery, set-up etc. Their customer service is absolutely the BOMB. Cooper G was the one that I dealt with. He answered every single question that I had.
I was asking questions even before I bought the bike and you can tell by the level of response how much they cared about their customers or potential customers.
And when I did buy the bike the first line on his email to me was "First and foremost, we sincerely appreciate you choosing Santa Cruz for your new bike."
This is my first Santa Cruz and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last. Now if they can only come out with the Heckler SL in full 29. 🤯
