I’ve lived in Santa Cruz my whole life but it’s been difficult for being adamant about my case because I’m unable to come in person yet their telephone service leaves you on hold for hours and with no response of a worker. The robot doesn’t help much when you do get a robot it sends you to the same general number. I try to get into my account online to do it myself however it says my email is not valid. I’ve been have this problem for some time. I am unable to get mail and they have yet to call me for an interview to update my case. It’s not as helpful as it could be for people who cannot make it to Emeline every two months to reapply for ebt.
