Santa Cruz County Services

What is the County of Santa Cruz Human Services going to do about extended wait times. Calling just to speak with representative leads to extremely long wait time. On hold for over an hour and still am not able to get through to someone. It is not easy to just go in person for me either. It is very frustrating. Changes to this current system need major improvements for speaking with representatives over the phone especially for those who are unable to physically go to the office in person.
