Very expensive, over priced, tiny apartments, roaches, cheapest Chinese carpet, sinks and toilets. The only nice thing is the exterior and yard of the apartment(s). There wasn't hot water while we lived here, was at best luke warm, many many times no hot water as I believe we shared a water heater with other units? Roaches impossible to get rid of, completely infested with roaches and termites. Termites always coming in our showers from the windows. Our shower was always backing up with water, constantly. Plumbing to the building very old. Tenants were nice not ghetto, regular working people and families. We lived upstairs, everywhere you walk it creaks super loud. The tenants downstairs would complain, even though we weren't loud ( I don't blame them with the floor loudly creaking). Owned by a corporation I believe, which owns several other nearby apartments, they don't care about tenants. Rent went up and up. Tenant appreciation day, $10 dollar Starbucks cards in the early morning, followed by rental increase notices the next day. Extremely dangerous to exit the parking lot! Which was actually the worst part of it all. They'll keep your deposit, as they did ours ($800 dollars). Walls weren't painted, but simply had cheap primer, which leaves marks for anything. Before I moved in, they showed a model unit, I was hospitalized, my lady and kids moved in, when I came out of the hospital, the unit was way smaller! I was so bummed. What a nightmare! Wait not finished yet! There's a convalescent home a few buildings over, with mentally impaired individuals. Some would occasionally scream at me and my children. Traffic and parking are a complete nightmare. Both sides of the street have street sweepers pass, you have to park over a block away. Water turns off an average of once a week for half a day. Gate broke often (super dangerous!) Units are all very tiny and overpriced. Don't get stuck here, it's bad!

I have had 3 horrible managers. Initially they seem to be very tenant oriented and care about your needs. Then after you sign.. they suddenly lose your maintenance request. The managers as of late are racist, disrespectful and use their power as building manager to discriminate against tenants they don't like. With this rent control crisis you'd think you are safe because you've lived at a building for years. Not the case if your rent is lower than what they can get from a newer leased tenant, they are putting us out. Starting with the African American tenants.

The apartment is quiet and neighbors are friendly but the manager Ronela is rude and obnoxious. She harass tenants for rent every first of the month and visually observed snooping tenants cars.
