Dr Burns is amazing!! She diagnosed 2 topical medication allergies just because she asked why I was wearing a bandaid on my shin. Above and beyond.

I did not feel that Dr. Burns paid attention to my explanation of my issues, and followed on with a poor diagnosis and truly lackadaisical treatment. I explained that I had issues due to footwear fit in most footwear throughout my life. Without having me stand or otherwise observing what goes on when my feet are in use, she flatly attributed my issues to weight distribution on my feet, ignoring the other factors. She prescribed hand-modified insoles, went off to make them, and then had her assistant come in and put them in my shoes and send me off, without having measured my feet beforehand or checked that the extra support was under rather than just near certain joints that it was supposed to be affecting. I will not be returning and will advise my family doctor that his podiatrist referral ended up being a complete waste of time.
