Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely one of my worst experiences in a medical setting ever. Nurse made extremely inappropriate comments on my weight, both Dr and nurse ignored my pain and told my partner/caretaker that the pain that was causing me to cry was because of my back(it wasn't. They were hurting me.) Dr asked how I was doing and spoke over me and invalidated not only my answer(my answer was "bad. I just want to go home.") but me as well. Walked out with no intent of ever returning or thinking of this place again (outside of a therapy session -it was that bad.) Now the incompetence seems to have spread to the billing department who keep pestering me MONTHS LATER even though my insurance covered everything Update, I had to basically do a cease and desist through my insurance and they STILL kept trying to bill me after it had been "resolved" +3x Absolutely ridiculous
