Classes are challenging and the coaches are excellent. They do a wonderful job of making the environment fun, inviting and giving a sense of community. This is exactly what I've been looking for regular workouts. It takes all of the thinking out because they provide great programming. I just have to show up and put in the work. Cam/Troy/Colin are absolutely fantastic coaches. They're patient, positive and endlessly encouraging. They're constantly providing the tips I need to grow while also giving consistent positive reinforcement. Love it. So happy I decided to sign up.
EDIT: 3 months later I couldn't agree more with what I said above.
Always preferred playing sports outside rather than going to gym but few injuries forced me build some muscle strength hence I reluctantly joined Sasquatch. But boy that turn out to be best decision as Sasquatch is not your regular gym, there every session is well thought out, focusing on different muscle group.
Everyone goes at their own pace from beginner like me to pros who have been doing this for years. Plus they have the best trainers who will teach you proper technique and push you to be best at your level.
Advance schedule and multiple sessions per day are few additional things which makes it easier to go once day.
