My kids and I love going here! It's such a treat! The owner is so helpful and knows about her products and truly cares about the small details in a tangible way. I'm so glad to have a store like this in our area!

First time in this store was super excited because it is so close to my house. Was hoping to find something cute and unique for my daughter. I went in and two employees were at the front desk and neither one even acknowledged that we were there until we were leaving and we said wow it's weird no one greeted us and then they wished us well. If you are going to have a children's store, ya gotta be nice to kids. Even if you don't really like them, pretend. Parents will buy if you are nice to them and their kids. Even with the extraordinarily high prices. If you are going to charge so much for your product, I'm expecting a little bit of costumer service.

I adore Sassafrass, and Misti is an absolute gem of a woman. This is my go to spot whenever I have baby gifts to purchase. The selection is fabulous and you can find brands here that you can't find anywhere else. I love that Misti carries a mix of the most loved children's brands as well as items from other small businesses, and mom and pop shops. She is also super knowledgeable about everything she carries (toys, car seats etc.), and always goes above and beyond. One time I was looking for a special stroller and car seat combo that she didn't have in store. She found it from one of her suppliers and ordered it for me. If you are looking for Walmart or Target prices, you may not find that here, but you will find quality, quality, quality, and the best personalized customer service. I feel as though the candy selection also deserves an honorable mention. ;)
