Absolutely wonderful experience with Mark. He was FRIENDLY and accommodating on a cold Monday morning! He guided me in with directions and was quick with texts and calls. He was very patient and kind. I rented a road bike to ride from Sausalito, across the GG bridge and into the presidio. Mark recommended the trails with the best views for the ride, local coffee shops and was genuinely interested in my journey and where I was from. He was also concerned if I had enough layers on for the cold morning. He hooked me up with a discount to the awesome Italian restaurant next door which had THE BEST smoked salmon and capers dish (very reasonably priced, a kind manager and staff and quaint waterfront location). After the ride, the return process was simple and fast. The entire morning was a WIN thanks to Mark. Good vibes!

Mark gave us some sweet bikes to take up Mt. Tam. He was super knowledgeable about the area and very friendly.

Definitely will return next time I could use a rental so I can see his historic gallery again! Amazing experience.

We rented hybrid bikes by the hour for a bike ride from Sausalito to Tiburon and back. Mark was great ensuring that we were on bikes that fit. The price was very reasonable and I liked having the option of renting hourly instead of daily. There were QR codes available for different destinations (including Fisherman’s Wharf, Mill Valley, etc). I will also add that the shop is filled with Mark’s amazing photographs of scenery from the Bay Area. Be sure to check it out as well. The shop has a wide variety of bikes and E-bikes. The location is convenient and it was easy to park in the lot by the Sausalito Sea Horse Restaurant while you ride (and not have to pay for parking). I highly recommend.
