very good and helpful service, also very honest. I brought in some cartridges not knowing that a few of them were almost full of ink and Eric let me know that they didn't need to be replaced and how to troubleshoot the problems on my printer.

They are very efficient with their services, friendly and take time to explain things to you if needed. Had my printer fixed here and came to fill cartridge and toner a couple times. Will definitely keep coming back.

The owner is friendly and professional. You can tell he takes time pride in his work. When I received my ink cartridge it was in a new plastic bag with a printed out sheet of paper to show that the ink works. The ink opening on the cartridge was taped with a piece of blue paper to ensure the ink doesn't leak. He also placed a sticker on the cartridge that states when the ink was refilled for your reference. It cost about $8, cheapest you can find in town! I will be returning for sure! Highly recommend Save On Cartridge Plus
