In all the years I’ve been going to gyms and doing workouts, I have never had the experience of a trainer sharing his knowledge of how the body works and the value and the importance of stretching and rolling your muscles before and after workouts. He has taught me so many intricate details of form and the “small” things like run slow to get faster. It’s all the “little” things he has taught me as we go through the workouts that are invaluable to me. SCE has taught me that pain and immobility are not an option. We weren’t created that way. We were created to move.
KJay teaches us to do what we enjoy injury free. Injury prevention is one of their core values. The body is capable of doing what it is designed to do at any age and he shows us that it’s possible.
