Ordering and delivery was ok... And that is where it all fell down.
The range we ordered has not worked correctly since installed. 3 out of the 4 burners have absolutely no control over the flame... And one of them dangerously blows out a huge fireball when you turn it on.
He oven is so uneven that if you bake cookies... The ones in front go nearly uncooked while the cookies in back get blackened while you wait.
THEY said this is expected and happen every time you convert a jenn-air to propane, yet they said during sales it would work just fine and gave no warning at all before we purchased. They said they can't do anything (they label themselves a repair shop, I'd be concerned having them repair anything) and that they sent the case to jenn air to send a repair person out... And not a word form Schmidt.
I would say you would have 1000x better service going to a box store than this place... Buyer beware and do not go here.
