I registered months ago for a camp for my kid and never received any communication about camp not occurring. I emailed the week before camp and was told it was cancelled due to low enrollment. When I called and asked for a call back it was only handled over email saying sorry but not trying to help find an alternate location. I am not sure I would have ever been told the class was cancelled. The way this was handled was poorly and unprofessional and really put my family in a bad situation where we had planned on that for that week with childcare. The cost of lack of communication was far greater than the cost of camp. We were told by a friend this happened to her for spring break camp as well. Seems like incredibly poor planning and management
