Incredibly nice guy and does very excellent surgery. I had several nasal pollyps and he removed them very cleanly. In addition, I saw him when doctors were mis-diagnosing my symptoms at urgent care and he figured out that I had an infection. Really knows his stuff

They unilaterally canceled my appointment without my knowledge, forcing me to go without medical care. They apparently called me once from an unknown number 4 days prior to inform me, leaving no voice message. They could have called more than once, left a voice message, or sent an email, as they demand to have your email on file. However, they clearly regarded even the basics of customer service to be too much effort, as there wasn't even a barebones apology. They wasted my time, effort, and delayed my medical care with no recompense or even admitting they messed up. Truly an abysmal experience.
