Initially I was happy that they held a bike for me for about a week. But then when I experienced factory errors, they didn't fix it, they ignored it entirely.
They have a policy that they'll fix or add upgrades to new bikes you buy from them. So I brought my bike in less than a month after buying to fix or replace the axle, and to add some parts.
They neglected to address the factory error, which was a bent axle. When I contacted them, they said they just forgot. And they don't seem willing to fix the problem at all. All they keep saying is to come in to the shop Anson and again, when it's a 3 hour trip for me.
So I had another shop fix my bike, since my time, my money, and them honoring their warranty are not worth their time, but expect me to expend hours upon hours for bad service.
The MOST IMPORTANT reason i went to to them was them to fix my axle under warranty, and the boss of the shop said it looked fine. I had Two Other shops look at it(Reborn in Richland, and Greenies in Richland) and they both immediately noticed the axle was bent causing damage to a bearing.
My conclusion is that because I told them how far I lived, they didn't care to honor the warranty because they figured I wouldn't be back again.
I advise buying a bike ANYWHERE else if you care about truth and honesty and righteousness.
