REALLY not happy with how they do business. I called to confirm they accepted pets--said they did. Then got their confirmation email saying they do NOT accept pets. Checked their website, they do NOT accept pets. Attempted to cancel--suddenly the people at the front desk didn't speak English well enough to understand that I needed to cancel. Asked to speak to the manager, got hung up on. Called back, spoke to the manager. As soon as he heard "cancel" suddenly the line went dead. Left a message on the extension they say you should call to cancel--no response. Attempted to call their reservation center--sat on hold 25 minutes. Tried to cancel via fax--it wasn't connected. Finally sent an email to BOTH their gmail and msn emails. Still waiting to see if they try to charge me anyway. NOT a very well run business TO SAY THE LEAST!!!

If your enjoy a clean room, a room that actually smells clean, decent bed and decent AC DO NOT stay at this place. Non smoking is an old smoking room with a non smoking sign. Bed was hard, AC was extremely dirty with ash and other materials. Forget about customer service. They’ve never heard of it. Good place if you’re young and just want to party.

I found the room , well stocked ,clean and easily accessible. Well worth the price. Only negative is the location . No super markets or eateries near.
