Scratch Distillery

Scratch is our favorite distillery. The creativity and passion put into the various gins, vodkas, aquavits and liqueurs is astounding. Their whiskey is distinctive too. There’s something for everyone. Scratch’s cocktail recipes are also great. If you partake in spirits, Scratch is a worthy destination that will delight and surprise you.

As an update they are still awesome, we go there for cocktails even when we don't need to resupply our favourite spirits. Never a bad place for a drink, or several bottles.

Wow this place is awesome. Rare spot to find in all my traveling. Kim and Astrid are awesome and super knowledgeable. Glad to see someone is making aquavit locally in Washington. You have to try the underground aquavit. Will definitely be back.
