Customer service is really good, and Anthony does a really good job of explaining what plan covers what. 5 stars for that!
Regarding the car wash:
- It definitely cleans the dirt and grim.
- The rolling mittens ( the red one) sometimes hit the car hard - so much so that my rear view mirror is pulled outward.
This happens only sometimes, so I believe if the person aligning the car into the conveyor belt positions the car cautiously, this wouldn't happen.
- Some dried droppings are not cleaned. You can come back again and show them. They'll apply a liquid before letting you into the conveyor belt again, which helps get rid of those better.
