Let me start off by saying that if you're on the fence about investing in any of their facials, do it!!! I came in for PRP Microneedling with Calvin and omg. My skin never looked better and only after one session. I can only imagine how l'd look if I did a few more. Everyone at Sculpt was super nice, the spa itself was very nice and easy to find. He also recommended a skincare line that I have been religiously using for the past few months and I promise you l look 10 years younger, not even kidding. Definitely a great experience at Sculpt and cannot wait to come back for Morpheus 8 and other services that I really want to try
My experience at this location was so so. The staff is nice but depending on who you get you can get different opinions.My mom went to get treatment for vaginal rejuvenation around Feb 2024 and was told by one of the staff that speaks Spanish that it does work and it’s has work for many women. The staff was aware of my mom’s problem as during the first visit we made them aware of it.
However, it wasn’t the case for my mom she just spend 1,200 on sessions that we thought were going to work. I feel that the staff lied to us so to that we could get services with them. Mind you spending 1,200 is a lot of money when you are low income and I was trying to help a family member out. Who wouldn’t try to help a family member out. I spoke with the manager of the site and told her my concerns and felt that she was rude and didn’t understand our situation. She told us which I felt that she told us out of pity that she was going To give another session to my mom and that normally that is not done. The manager told us that the treatments had to work by November and mind you it hasn’t work my mom still has the incontinence problem. I feel Sculpt La should have told us like “ohh mam your case is severe you need to do other treatments that we don’t do here” I feel that they just wanted our money. I don’t recommend this place at all, stay away. Once you give them your money that’s it your fried.
In addition my mom went here once for her Botox and her face was droopy and didn’t realize that they probably put water in the Botox as I took her To another place near downtown la for her Botox and her face was not droopy. Bad service stay away. You people just took money from someone who took me a long time to earn 1,200 dollars.
Ps. I just put this review now as I have been dealing with loss and depression and life has been busy. I didn’t like the service at all.
