Walking in the morning there was no opening to see the doctor and we were told to go back after 1:30pm when we went back to 1:30pm. There was no opening and we were told to come back tomorrow. Did you know my boy didn't sleep all night because of eye pain that's why we come in the morning???

This place doesn't know what they are doing. I will find a better primary Dr to take my family...get organized and have better information about walking in....we don't walk in with kids if we don't have an ER situation....

The incompetence of this organization is almost impressive. You wait for a month to get an appointment. You get a referral for a specialist. It gets sent to them. You call the specialist to set up an appointment, and they don't have the referral! Just the cover sheet! Then, you try and call them back and they tell you it will be resent and what happens? Nothing! This company is incompetent, like everyone else in Washington!

Horrible. They'll only give you an appointment if you walk in, sit down and wait to be told to come back 5 hours later. Requests thru MyChart are ignored. Primarily for Spanish low income community, everything is in Spanish. So if you have an entire day to waste and are from another country this is the place to go.
