Worst patient care I have ever experienced. I myself work in the medical field and they do not treat patients with empathy and respect. I waited over an hour to get called back. I made my appointment weeks in advanced for my 4 month old son well child check. He was getting fussy and I asked the staff how much longer and they would won’t even give me a timeframe. So I left because my son was very fussy. They then called me back and I was unable to answer the call at that time and I’ve tried calling back twice and I’m

Called in the morning because I had a sore throat for about 3 days so I finally went to get it looked at. They says that I could not make an appointment and had walk in. So I went and tried to get a walk in appointment. They told me to go wait in the car and then they called me. They said they didn’t have an appointment available till 2:30PM when it was around 9:15AM and then they said that it had to be over the phone. What kind of medical facility isn’t prepared to treat patients if they are “symptomatic”? Even though I am 100% sure that it’s just strep throat and I even have a history of that. How are you supposed to get the needed medical help if they don’t even check you and the appointment is over the phone!? I also live far away from the clinic so why didn’t they tell me that even if I did go for a walk in that it would be over the phone. It is not the first time that they have made me waste my time and gas.

Had a great experience at this location as a walk-in! The staff were polite and helpful, and the medical staff were caring and listened to my concerns. A bonus is the neighborhood cat who sometimes hangs out on the porch. If you’re kind, he’ll let you pet him!
