Update 2024: The occupational therapist, Carol Nicholson, is very helpful and experienced. I appreciate her knowledge of manual labor related injury as well as office related injury.
I have been treated with kindness and consistency by Dr. Feliciano as well. I appreciate how long she has been at the clinic. With so much shuffling of staff in other clinics that's a meaningful thing.
Another positive experience I had was when I called as a returning patient after some years. (I had moved a few miles away but now prefer the longer drive to my other options). The receptionist advocated for me to get an emergency refill of one of my medications before my appointment time and that was really appreciated.
I have fairly low expectations for healthcare in general and have had frustrating experiences with other community oriented services in the area. The fact that Seamar White Center manages to have competent and kind providers and staff and serve such a diverse population of patients from varying income levels and cultural experiences is notable. I am also impressed that the majority of the staff are multilingual.
