Absolute worst dental office I have ever been to. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY! Went in for a check up because I have a molar that was really hurting (2 years ago), told me there was nothing wrong with the tooth. 1 year later an abscess formed and infection started. They told me the tooth will need to be extracted. Went in for the extraction, they then told me to get a root canal instead. Sent me to a Tacoma office where they told me that the tooth was cracked and they cant perform a root canal. Mind you I still have the abscess and it is now 3 weeks later. Had to wait another week for an appointment to have the tooth extracted. They began extracting the tooth the the pain was unbearable and this was because I had an abscess and the Lidocaine wasn't working to numb my tooth due the this. Half way through the procedure they stopped because I was in so much pain. They then gave me this piece of paper with 4 recommendations for an oral surgeons. Mouth bleeding and they send me on my way. In shock I return to my car and start calling the offices on the list they gave me. Now this is the great part...3 of the offices on this list only work with wisdom teeth extractions, the other told me to back into SeaMar and demand that I speak with the office manager because they started the extraction and NO DENTIST WILL WORK ON ME BECAUSE OF THIS. I went in and spoke with the manager. After explaining to her what occurred she told me I was in pain because I didn't take all of my amoxicillin to get rid of the abscess. WHAT!!! I am a 56 year old woman and I know this and took this medication as directed. How dare they tell me this. Now she proceeds to try to help by referring me to an oral surgeon. Well, this is the kicker, she did call and make an appointment for me which was nice, but it wasn't for an oral surgeon, it was for another clinic just like there. So she flat out lied to me just to get me out of her office. This is how they treat people who need help.

Last 3 visits have been cancelled by them by they forgot to call us. We took off work to go in.
Computers have been down for 3 days now. Can’t get through on the phones.
Can’t get meds refilled and it’s been over a week.
My husband went to get a simple tooth extraction and turned into oral surgery they said. They had to cut into his gums a lot more on the bottom because the tooth apparently was growing into the bone and they just used Novocain to numb him. They figured that out after they already started and then just gave him another shot of it and sent him on his way with no further instructions on aftercare and no antibiotics or anything for pain or anything like that. That was 8 weeks ago; it’s still not fully healed. It got infected and we had to go get antibiotics from somewhere else and do stuff ourselves to fix the problems they caused. Oh! And the best part?! He had to sign a waiver that they were not liable if they broke his jaw in the process of said tooth extraction! What a joke! We will NEVER go back! I would rather just suffer through tooth pain than go through this ridiculousness again! They are overworked and understaffed. It’s about money. Not the people. They do not care about you.

I waited 6 weeks for my appointment, to show up to find out my doctor quit, I wouldn't be seeing an obgyn (I'm pregnant) . I saw a travelling doctor with poor listening skills who only did a urine panel on me. (Still paying for an appointment that does me no good is theft in my opinion ) I was told I would receive a phone call from whoever they refer me to, for my next appointment. Waited 2 more weeks and then I was called by their sister office in Olympia. Over an hour away from me, and one of my issues is fainting. Called 3 times to make an appointment even though It was far, and got sent to voicemail every time. Called baby catchers in Tacoma and they accept the same insurance and can get me in THIS WEEK. It's not a doctor issue, it was a seamar issue. Poorly ran operation.
