I have been bringing my son for almost 2 years and i am right about done now. Doctor Guevara is a good doctor but the front desk ladies are horrible starting with Maria no manners, not kind, she is soo rude i have no idea why is she working in the medical field with kids. she should be in a ranch picking apples with headphones on so no one will bother her, or flipping burgers behind a kitchen if she doesn't want to be bothered becauseshe has no customer service what so ever. Vivian is also another lady that does not want to work, but at least tries too so far does a bit more than the other but no smile on her face does everything fast and basically says get out of my face. These ladies don't acknowledge you at all the moment you walk in it's not a big office very small they don't turn to see you, they keep typing in the computers, don't even bother to look at you and smile they, basically get mad at each other because neither one of them wants to get up to help you or check you in. It's pretty sad they make you feel like you are bothering them for coming in, and when Finally one of them gets up to help you she is rude NO SMILE, NO HI HOW ARE YOU, it's "you have an appt ok sign here and no eye contact and they do it all with and attitude IT'S HORRIBLE. I am changing doctors it's sad a good doctor is not losing 1 but 2 patient's i am pregnant and i will not tolerate the mistreatment. These old women are horrible for this job title. So mommy's think twice or 3 times before bringing your children here, go take a look for your self because it will only get worse while time goes by. Almost 2 years for me.. is enough, I had it. Sorry Dr. Guevara change your front desk ladies or you will keep loosing patient's.

We were looking foward to see Dr. Guevara based on the positive reviews. We received a call to confirm insurance information by a Spanish specking receptionist. She was very passive-aggressive and adviced we cancell the appointment if we didn't have health insurance information handy. I am leaving 3 stars because I was able to speak to some else who was very kind and apologized for the initial occurrence.
