Excellent service by the PA. UNFORTUNATELY front desk not good. Maybe not enough workers to handle workload or not enough pay. Not sure. But two of the PAs literally saved my life.

Do not go to this doctor's office. They just left their patients without any notice!! They don't answer the phone and no one is in the office. My husband needed prescription refilling and they are MIA!!! The doctor is never in this office. For years we have only seen the physician assistant and haven't seen Dr. Sean Thomas.

Greg E. Barron, MD had owned this practice until his retirement in 2015. He had an excellent staff that were very prompt in responding to inquiries, setting up appointments, and getting authorizations to Specialists. Since Dr. Barron was my PCP since 1988, I was disappointed when he retired, with his practice taken over by Sean R. Thomas, MD. Dr. Barron died in a tragic auto accident in 2016. I continued going to Dr. Thomas office as my PCP, and only saw him the first couple of years and then the office literally went to hell when a new office staffer named Lilly, took over and her clown PA, Winston Rudder seeing the patients. Lilly, from the 1st day I met her was very rude. She was being trained by another person who was leaving and she kept saying, "I know what I'm doing." Wow! She was wrong! Lilly finally left the practice within the past couple of months, and now the office isn't being managed by anyone! The office phone number's mail box is full and therefore, prescription refills aren't being handled. Dr. Barron must be rolling in his grave regarding the downward spiral of his former excellent practice! I hope all insurance companies that contract with Dr. Thomas remove him from their list of qualified physicians.
