When you book online it says 30 dollar copay you show up they want 85 “consultation fee” i said can you bill me she said sure and i’d probably get reimbursed. then she asked for a credit card. I’m like are you billing me or charging me now? place was completely empty doctor is sitting in the other room, ac broken it’s hot in there, and he just won’t come out made the receptionist go back and forth over and over. i even called before hand no mention of this fee. 45 minute drive wasted my time. When i said i was leaving they tried to tell me he’s the best doctor ever. sure buddy
Update: Well the doctor said an absolute lie in the response to my review, they never once mentioned the consultation fee on the phone, they also kept cancelling and rescheduling my appointment without telling me why, I had to call them to figure out what was going on. They just randomly changed my appointment to like 5am, instead of 3pm on a different day, and yes they did let me get an appointment same day, after I reached out to find out why the heck they changed my appointment to some random time. Wish I could tell you what the doctor looked like but he never came out of his office to talk to me face to face. They partner with ZocDoc which tells you the incorrect price, he could take it up with ZocDoc may not be his fault, but if you choose to partner with them make sure they have the right info. Maybe try to understand where I'm coming from rather than go on the offensive.
