Sean is a nice guy. And I understand business is business. Which is why I feel bad writing this but it is the reality of things.
I paid them over $6,000 for an engine rebuild. It seemed every time we spoke, it was more charges. Which at the point these charges were coming up, I really had no choice but to agree since my car was in pieces at the shop. I’m glad it’s done with and my car seems to be running fine thus far.
Aside from one issue (one I had experienced years ago, which was a sensor issue that was fixed) with my ABS and brake alert system light coming on. This could be due to low brake fluid levels. To be clear, this only began happening AFTER I got my car back from them. This has not happened since well before 2020. To my dismay, Sean wanted to charge me ANOTHER $185 just to look at the car… again, I understand the point of business, but when I’ve forked over more than $6,000, I would think checking over their work (since this happened after getting my car back from them) should not have to come out of my pocket.
From the moment you step inside their front office, you will be greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smiles from Sean (owner), Brenna (his wife) or Alfredo (team member). The team at Sean's Auto Care is fantastic in every way. Super knowledgeable, extremely professional, and exceptional customer service.
I was provided a comprehensive diagnostic on my vehicle with honest recommendations of which service could wait and which needed to be addressed, along with various options on how to address.
It is with utmost confidence I say that I highly, highly, highly recommend them to anyone for any type of auto care!
Thank you Sean's Auto Care team!!!
