I received 5-star service from Leroy today. He was very nice and informative. He explained the issue that we had with our washing machine in easy terms and gave some extra advice.
So in saying that, all and all I was very happy with my service and with his CS skills!

The technician had to return to my house for the same work order because understandably he had to order parts. The parts arrived for both jobs and the same technician came to my house for the same work order and said he could only fix the microwave and not my washer because he didn't have a work order. They both was on the same work order . My washing machine is still broke. And he left. Did not call the office to try and solve the problem

Alex was great. The handle to our Kenmore Elite Dishwasher came off. He knew exactly what to do, and did not want to charge us for only having to use an Allen Wrench to tighten 2 screws. We are in our mid 70s and he was trying to be fair. He even tried to get approval to charge less for the service call, but his supervisor did not give approval. Thank you Alex, for trying.
