The technicians arrived as scheduled. They were professional, courteous, and respectful of the property. I particularly appreciate that they listened to my concerns and provided me with a reasonable explanation(s) as to what was happening with my appliance and options available.

Patricio not only diagnosed the problem, ordered the suspect part, and set up a follow up visit, but when he had time before our follow-up appointment, he contacted us to see if the replacement part was received AND if we wanted him to come two weeks earlier. We emphatically said ‘yes’ and he was over at the window of time he indicated and promptly installed the new oven part and changed out the light bulbs. We were extremely satisfied with his professionalism and follow-up and would highly recommend him for any appliance repair.

Technicians have always been great. But their phone center has a lack of proper communication and follow-up. Had to contact 7 on your side to finally get proper customer service. Appointments canceled without notice. Website not properly updating arrival of parts. No call back from supervisor when promised. No emails when promised. Dryer out of commission for 6 months because of their lack of proper customer service.
