Sears Appliance Repair

He didn't check the blower on my AC like I asked him to..because it made a loud noise and scared me..1 week later it went out!!!!! If he would of follow thru my request it would have been fixed!!!!

I had an appointment today scheduled and the technician walked up to my driveway took a picture and never rang my doorbell. I was inside my house waiting in the heat for him to fix my a/c. I have the video footage to back this up.

Keith was fantastic! There were many failures with the sears notification appointment system, but Keith was able to salvage a potentially extremely disappointing experience. Big thanks to Keith!
